Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GroundSleep! We know you are excited to receive your Cloud pillow, and we are working hard to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery times.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times Our standard estimated delivery time is 3-8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that "working days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

Allowance for Delays While we strive to meet our delivery goal for every order, please be aware that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once a package is handed over to our shipping carriers, certain factors are completely outside of our control.

Deliveries may occasionally be subject to delays due to:

  • High volume periods (such as holiday seasons or major sales)

  • Customs processing and border inspections (for international shipments)

  • Carrier network disruptions or severe weather conditions

If your order is experiencing a delay, we kindly ask for your patience. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 working days beyond the standard delivery window before contacting support. If your package still hasn't arrived after this extended period, please reach out to us at [Contact Email], and we will investigate it immediately.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at GroundSleep@mail.com immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages GroundSleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
