We want you to love your GroundSleep experience. If you change your mind about your purchase, we are here to help, subject to the terms below.
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The Hygiene Exception (Please Read Carefully) Due to the intimate nature of bedding and sleep products, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been unsealed, opened, or removed from their original packaging. This policy is in place for health and hygiene reasons and is in full compliance with standard consumer rights laws regarding goods sealed for health protection.
Faulty or Damaged Items Your statutory rights are not affected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for the faulty good as quickly as possible. We may ask for photos of the defect to help us process your claim and improve our quality control.
Return Shipping Costs If you are returning an unopened item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the packaging.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
